This is one of the leading investment fund private practice law firms globally. Due to increased deal flow the firm is looking to hire a number of associates across class years from the junior to mid level.
Our client advises private equity fund managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of private equity investment funds, secondary transactions, carried interest arrangements and co-investment plans. You will work with the top client base in the global investment funds space.
Timing is to join their Hong Kong office for Q3/4 2020 start.
Real pathway to partnership badge for mid level associates.
The team also work on transactions relating to the restructuring of private equity funds, leveraging and refinancing of such funds and buy-outs and spin-offs relating to the management houses.
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience predominantly in the structuring and establishment of private equity investment funds and secondary transactions.
- More junior lawyers with excellent academics with non niche experience welcomed to apply
- HK bar preferred with quota but US, ANZ, EW, SA welcomed to apply
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and will be relocated globally
- Tier 1 firm training, experience and academics required
