A leading Wall Street firm is interested in strong corporate/capital markets associates with M&A/IPO experience to join its well-established and highly regarded corporate practice team in Hong Kong to cover matters focusing on South-East Asia. This is the opportunity for lawyers who are hard working, capable and looking to take ownership of and lead transactions.
Relocation and top tier compensation is on offer.
Candidate requirements
- You will need to have solid experience working on M&A/IPO matters across South East Asia with a top tier firm.
- International candidates are welcome to apply but you must have Asia experience.
- US/HK/Aus and other Commonwealth bar admission.
- Class of 2015-2019.
- SPAC and De SPAC experience would be an advantage.
- Mandarin language skills are not required.
