They are looking for a senior candidate to join as China Head of Legal to manage legal matters in China, new business development, marketing and sales initiatives, data privacy, dispute resolution and potential transactions. The ideal candidate should be a global legal practitioner with a proven track record in managing legal function in a global retail, fashion, FMCG business. They should demonstrate strong entrepreneurship, and the ability to act as a bridge between global legal functions and China business stakeholders.
