Event Overview

For 2021 and beyond, uncertainty is the only certainty. From technological development, ever-changing foreign policies, on-going trade wars, to the unfolding pandemic concerns, the combined situation escalates more business risks and affects business activities in both public and private sectors. Naturally, government regulations and policy enforcement also progressively evolve to better govern such rapidly-changing market environments.

In these circumstances, how can companies robustly adapt to the changes, effectively enhance their compliance and risk management programs, and strategically build comprehensive systems to retain their business edge?

In this webinar, experts from Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (a leading Asian law firm, headquartered in Seoul, Korea) will explore the latest developments in regulatory compliance in the Korean market, the trends and prospects for 2021. The webinar will also shed light on practical business strategies and measures that companies can readily take in response to the investigations requests by the Korean government agencies, which have recently become more stringent.

It is now the time to get accustomed and well prepared for the less-travelled path ahead of the year 2021 and the impending times of uncertainty.

Get a head-start momentum by hearing from the experts.
