Nagel is the founding partner and co-chairing FKNK's Litigation Division. With over a decade of experience in handling various commercial dispute and transaction for both domestic and multinational companies, he has strong expertise in the field of construction, property, debt restructuring, insurance, and arbitration. In 2019, he was awarded “Future Star Lawyer in Commercial and Transaction” by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific.

Nagel was involved in handling high profile cases such as a Rp13,8 Trillion debt restructuring of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Indosurya Cipta, a Rp2,6 Trillion debt restructuring of PT Bara Jaya Utama, a Rp1,4 Trillion debt restructuring of PT Surya Alam Jaya-PT Jesi Jason Surja Makmur PT Jesi Jason Surja Wibowo, and Rp700 Billion debt restructuring of PT Kia Motor Indonesia. In 2017, he successfully concluded winning hundred-billions worth of claim in a commercial and property dispute by representing PT Patra Jasa in civil court.

In addition to his professional life in court, he provides legal seminars for Joint Operating Body Pertamina Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, and The Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is also a former lecturer in the field of Business Law at West Java's President University.

Being active in various organizations is another one of Nagel's interests. He is a committee member in the Indonesian Advocate Association/AAI, Association of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (AKPI), and Indonesia Young Entrepreneur Association (HIPMI). He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Nagel received his law degree from Parahyangan University, and later obtained his master’s in Business Law from Padjajaran University. Nagel is a licensed legal professional to practice as a lawyer, receiver, and administrator in The Republic of Indonesia.
