A renowned Technology company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join it established legal team in Singapore. This role reports to the Managing Counsel.

Your new role
The candidate will work on deals and accounts relating to the Singapore Government in various forms (departments, ministries and state-owned corporations).
This role has a dual focus:
1. providing transactional support with negotiating new business and add-on business with Singapore Government; and
2. providing contract management services in relation to existing Singapore Government accounts (which may include interpreting contracts, documenting variations, advising on risks and obligations, assisting company to leverage contracts to its advantage), development of early warning and handling plans for likely future contractual issues, involvement in pre-litigation dispute resolution.

What you'll need to succeed
With at least 3 years experience handling contracts in an inhouse role, you should also be proactive and meticulous as this is an individual contributor role with great autonomy.
