Our client is a major US law firm with offices throughout Asia.  It has a well established office in Hong Kong with a highly regarded Capital Markets and M&A practice.  It has a strong and expanding capital markets practice which is led by one of HK's leading Capital markets partners.  Due to continued growth, and a busy pipeline of work, it now requires an ambitious corporate associate / senior associate, with 4 to 8 years of PQE, to join its team.  This role has a strong capital markets focus although you will also be able to work on M&A and other corporate matters.  The successful candidate is likely to be working for a well regarded international law firm in HK where you will have experience running high profile and innovative HK IPO deals.
