Wu Mingde is managing director of AllBright Law Offices and is based in Shanghai.

Mr. Wu has spent much of his professional career working in government. He formerly served as assistant to the deputy directors of the Law Committee of the National People's Congress, assistant to the secretary general of the CCCPC Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs, an assistant in the Ministry of Justice, secretariat to the deputy director of the General Office, research director at the CCCPC Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs, an adviser in the Ministry of Justice, director of the China International Lawyer Exchange Center, deputy director of the Ministry of Justice counsel division, a deputy director in the notary division of the Ministry of Justice, Secretary-General of the All China Lawyers Association, a department inspector in the notary department of the Ministry of Justice, vice president of the China Notary Association, member of the China Securities Regulatory Commission second and third issuance examination committees, and a member of the Asia Pacific Bar Association.

Mr. Wu is also currently a member of the PRC Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits and the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Committee.

Mr. Wu graduated from Shanghai University with a degree in electrical engineering.

Mr. Wu has published academic theses in a number of legal and economic journals, including the Asia Pacific Lawyers Association journal and the Hong Kong Bar Association Journal.

Mr. Wu is admitted in China and is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.

吴律师曾任全国人大法制委员会副主任秘书、中央政法委员会副秘书长秘书、司法部部长秘书、办公厅秘书处副处长、中央政法委员会研究室处长、司法部司法协助局办公室负责人、中国国际律师交流中心主任、司法部律师司副司长、司法部律师公证司副司长、中华全国律师协会秘书长、司法部律师公证司巡视员、中国公证协会副会长、中国证监会二、三届发审委委员、亚洲太平洋律师协会理事。现任上海市锦天城律师事务所主任、高级合伙人，兼任海峡两岸关系协会理事、上海证券交易所上市委员会委员。

吴律师毕业于上海工学院（现上海大学）电机工程系。

吴律师在经济杂志刊物、奋斗杂志刊物、法中法律家交流协会刊物、日本律师联合会刊物、亚太律协会刊、香港律协会刊发表过学术论文。

吴律师是中国执业律师，工作语言为中文。

Lawrence ZHU- Senior Partner - AllBright Law Offices

Mr. Zhu joined AllBright Law Offices in 2000.  Prior to joining AllBright, he practiced law with Shanghai First Law Firm and then became one of the founders of Shanghai Fuxuanjie Law Firm.  In 1997, Lawrence joined Blake Dawson Waldron and worked as the Chinese legal consultant at its Sydney office.

Mr. Zhu’s major practice areas include corporate law, securities law, M&A transactions law and corporate restructuring law.  Mr. Zhu is a qualified securities lawyer accredited by the Chinese Security Regulatory Committee and the Ministry of Justice.  In connection with his extensive experience in IPOs and other corporate financing transactions, Mr. Zhu has advised dozens of entities in stock restructuring and stock-listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.  He also successfully assisted more than ten Chinese entities to list on the New York Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the mode of red chips or “H” Shares.

Mr. Zhu is a member of the Investment and Financing Legal Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. In 2008, Mr. Zhu was recognized as one of the Hot 25 Legal Eagles of the year by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

Mr. Lawrence Zhu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree and from Fudan University with an LL.M. degree in International Economic Law.

朱律师1993年获华东政法大学法学学士学位，并于2001年获复旦大学法学硕士学位。

朱律师现任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、上海市浦东新区政协委员。

Maggie Qin is a partner of Allbright Law Offices, based in Shanghai. Prior to joining Allbright Law Offices in 2011, Ms. Qin was a partner of another well-known law firm in Shanghai. 

Ms. Qin has extensive experience in China-related cross-border transactional matters, including China market entry strategy, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, direct investment, formation and operation of international joint ventures and onshore foreign investment companies, commercial litigation and arbitration and general corporate matters.  She also worked as a senior counsel of a famous listed company.

During her legal practice over 10 years in China, Ms. Qin has representeda number of international and domestic companies as their leading PRC adviser in a wide range of transactions with a broad coverage of industries, such as banking, commercial retail, commercial real estate, chemicals, commerce, etc.

He has successively served as Legal Manager of Fujian Benz Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., senior commercial legal advisor of Michelin (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Managing Counsel of Iveco (China) Commercial Vehicle Sales Co., Ltd during past ten years. Since 2014, Jeremy joined the top company of marine and industrial anti-corrosion coatings industry, i.e. Denmark HEMPEL Group, who is celebrating its 100^th Anniversary in 2015. Yvonne Shao- Director of Legal and Compliance - DeltaHealth China

Yvonne Shao graduates from Fudan University law school with bachelor degree and is now working as the director of Legal and Compliance at DeltaHealth China. Joined DeltaHealth three years ago as the first legal counsel, she has helped to build a solid legal foundation for DeltaHealth and is now leading both the legal function and the risk & compliance function from this year. Prior to that, Yvonne worked in a top tier domestic law firm and consulting firm practicing IPO, M&A FDI, and other corporate matters.

邵韵，复旦大学法学院毕业获得法学学士学位，现任德达医疗法务合规总监。三年前她以德达医疗第一位法律顾问加入德达医疗，为公司的法律框架奠定了坚实的基础。从今年开始，她被任命主管公司法务、风控和合规事务。之前，她曾在国内律师事务所以及咨询公司主要从事上市、并购、外商投资以及其他公司事务。

石启良-亚太区副执行董事 -Kroll

Kenny Shek is an Associate Managing Director in Kroll’s Investigations and Disputes practice, managing client engagements from the firm’s Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. As a chartered accountant by profession, Kenny has over 16 years of experience in internal and external auditing, forensic investigations, financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, and design and implementation of controls surrounding financial reporting and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) for a wide range of clients in various industries, such as retail, technology and telecom, energy, biotech, and professional services.

Prior to joining Kroll in 2015, Kenny worked within the assurance team for one of the Big Four accounting firms in the UK and U.S. between 1999 and 2008, where he gained extensive experience in both IFRS and USGAAP. Between 2009 and 2011, Kenny was the Global Head of Internal Audit for a U.S.-listed company, where he led investigations related to various allegations of irregularities. Since 2011 and until he joined Kroll, Kenny was a director stationed in Shanghai within the forensic services team of one of the Big Four.

Kenny Shek 石启良是Kroll公司亚太区管理调查与纠纷的副执行董事，在香港与上海两地办公。作为一名注册会计师，Kenny有超过16年的内部、外部审计、法院调查、财务尽职调查、企业重组的工作经验。客户包括零售、科技和电信、能源、生物技术和专业服务等领域。
从1999年到2008年，Kenny在英国和美国就职于四大会计师事务所之一，积累了关于国际财务报告准则和美国会计准则的大量经验。在2009到2011年间，他是一家美国上市公司的全球内部审计和合规主管，他领导调查针对各种违规行为的指控。自2011年至2015年，他在四大会计师事务所之一的上海办公室，担任法务会计团队总监。他在2015年加入Kroll，就任副执行董事，带领中国财务调查团队。
