Mr. Zhong Liu holds the bachelor degree of industrial and civil construction from Harbin institute of technology,the master degree of economic law from law school of Renmin university in Beijing,the master degree of international business law from law school of Exeter university in England.

Mr. Zhong Liu has been working in real estate development industry for a long time on the basis of the integration of civil engineering and law education background. He has worked in a few well-known listed companies, such as China Merchants Property Development Co. and China Resources Land Ltd. in the past decade. Mr. Liu, with his rich practice and experience, holds the post of the Executive Assistant and General Counsel of China Resources Land Ltd.(HK1109).

Mr. Liu is the arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission，Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission)，Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, respectively. 

刘中先生持有哈尔滨工业大学工业与民用建筑工学学士、中国人民大学法学院经济法法学硕士、英国艾克塞特（Exeter）大学法学院国际商业法法学硕士学位。

借助于土木工程和法律专业的综合教育背景，刘中先生长期服务于房地产开发企业，先后在招商地产、华润置地等多家A股、港股知名上市房企负责法律事务工作，有较为丰富的房地产业界法律实务经验，现任华润置地有限公司（HK1109）助理总裁、总法律顾问。

刘中先生是深圳仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院（华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会）、上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会等多家仲裁机构的仲裁员。
