He is one of the first Chinese lawyers in the central and western regions acting for Chinese enterprises in overseas investment following the “Belt and Road Initiative” and mergers & acquisitions. Jing Jiang, Master of Civil and Commercial Law, has been dedicated to legal services in the fields of real estate, infrastructure construction, and finance since she became a practicing lawyer. Due to her work experience in courts, she is also professional at commercial dispute resolution, and she is now a special mediator in Shenzhen Futian Lawyer Mediation Center. Huang Yibo, a solicitor with Master of Civil and Commercial Law, his main practice areas are in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and enforcement. Huang once worked in a court in Shenzhen, where he served as a judge of the commercial court, chief of the civil court and chief of the executive tribunal. Ms. Zheng Wenwen specializes in legal services for financial institutions, capital market, private equity (PE), and cross-border investment and acquisition, and has been the legal counsel for numerous foreign-owned enterprises, listed companies, securities companies, banks, consumer finance companies and PE/VC. Ms. Zheng Wenwen is the Vice Minister of Investment and Finance department, Chongqing Liangjiang Bar Association, and also the Member of Legal Services Expert Group of China-Singapore (Chongqing) Strategic Connectivity Demonstration Project (Financial Legal Services). And she used to be the Internal Verification Member (hired-from-outside by the investment bank) of Southwest Securities Co., Ltd.
