Event Overview

As cheap capital, low interest, and government support are coming to an end, insolvency cases are expected to increase in the next months. This prolonged fiscal stimulus, coupled with low bond yields from uncertain economic conditions, will send corporates to make difficult decisions to restructure or declare bankruptcy. At the same time, Singapore has strived to become the insolvency hub with advanced reforms to its insolvency laws.

It’s now the time for corporates in Asia to overcome the insolvency stigma and stay familiar with the restructuring process to achieve the ideal outcomes for both creditors and debtors, to ensure asset recovery, and raise timely capital to weather the storm during times of uncertainty.

ALB Asia Debt & Debt Restructuring Forum 2022 sets out to find compelling solutions to meet the changing dimensions of restructuring and insolvency cases. The forum brings a wide range of solutions from lawyers, accountants, creditors to ultimately achieve successful debt restructuring, recovery, and turnaround for both creditors and debtors.
